Everyone we’ve worked with at Florida Roads is super responsive with a focus on our needs and our deadlines. They are true partners with us and the engineer by helping resolve challenges and by early identification of potential issues. They are aware of and can pivot from the unique construction methods of a typical single family neighborhood, to a commercial site, to a multi-family site with ease and understanding. After several projects together, they have proven that their customer service is consistent and continuous. Any changes to the contract are reviewed timely, discussed together and priced fairly and reasonably. Their billing is always prompt and accurate. The Florida Roads management staff on our projects are highly competent in estimating, construction and project administration, while the field staff has had limited rework, all of which keeps the project running smoothly and on schedule. We highly recommend Florida Roads for sitework construction in the northeast Florida region.

We have had the pleasure of working with Florida Roads on a grocery anchored shopping center in SilverLeaf. They are a first-class operation in all facets, from the work being done on the ground to their communication to their employees. We would absolutely use them again on any development we have!

FRC takes the initiative to find solutions which will remediate any issues in a manner that resolves the problem, and is equitable resolution for all parties.

All necessary documentation including but not limited to certifications, shop drawings, monthly reporting, and schedules are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
